Section 523
Time And Manner For Performance Of Contract
(1) If a contract
specifies the time and manner for its performance, the contract shall
be performed within the specified time and in the specified manner.
(2) If a contract does not specify the time or manner for
the performance of an act under the contract but the act can be
performed only at any specific time or only in a specific manner,
the contract shall be deemed to have been so concluded that the act
has to be performed at that time and in that manner.
(3) If, except in the circumstance under sub-section (2), a
contract does not specify the time and manner for its performance,
the contract shall be performed within a reasonable time and in a
reasonable manner.
